Long Island Lighting Company hereby submits Amendment No. 31 to its license application, consisting of Revision 15 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
This revision contains vol-untary changes to the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station Emergency Plan, FSAR Section 13.3.
Three (3) signed original letters of transmittal, an accompanying Affidavit, and sixty (60) copies of Amendment 31 are transmitted herewith.
Instructions for making the neces-sary page changes have been included for your convenience.
