At the cral argument vesterdav in the above shcw cause pr::eeding, I premised to provide the Appeal 3carf with a ccpy f
the Callaway Project Agreement between Daniel Constructicn Ccmpany and certain specified employee unions.
Upon returning to my cffic; I discovered that my copy of the referenced agreement is not comp'ete.
I am undertaking to have forwarded to me immediately a complete copy of the Project Agreement; it will be delivered to the Appeal Scard as soon as it is received.
