Dear Mr. Kintigh:
As you may be aware, the Huclear Regulatory Ccr=ission establishes local public document roms in close proximity to preposed nuclear plants to be responsive to the needs of the public. A copy of your application for, and all other documents relevant to, the preposed early site revie*r for tre Stuyvesant site will be made available for inspection by nembers of the public at a local public dccunent corr.
A location easily accessible to the public such as a local library, town hall, or civic center is usually chosen as the 1ccal public document rocn.
We would appreciate your assistance in selecting the proper local public dcctrent rocm for the Stuyvesant site. Would you please provide us with a list of candidate locations for our considera-tion. The following facts concerning each candidate facility muld oe helpful in determining the proper location:
1.
place, location and contact; 2.
days and hours the facility will be open to the public; 3.
whether or not a copying nachine is available; 4
whether parking space is available; 5.
whether or not space and canpower is available to hanale the documents; and 6.
if the candidate facility officjals are interested in retaining the documents.
