p Reference is made o the " Memorandum Concerning Board Questions" whicV you issued on December 15, 1978. The Staff now has the information called for in the Board's Memorandum. However, it is not clear to the Staff whether the Board desires submission of prefiled written testimony by the Staff, prior to the next session of the evidentiary hearing, or desires to verbally question Staff witnessas (Gotchy and Weller) at the next session of the evidentiary hearing without submission of further prefiled testimony. Accordingly, it is requested that the Board provide clarification to the Staff in this regard.
