Dear Mr. Oplinger:
The subject export license power of a nuclear has been issued plant to General to Comision Electric Federal authorizing (CFE) de Electricidad in Mexico.
The off gas system for this plant will be supplied by another U. S.
manufacturer. In view of the technicalities which temporarily prevent issuance of XCOM licenses to other suppliers to Laguna Verde, General Electric requests this license be amended to include, as another party to export, the following:
