IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1.
The Staffs of the Nuclear Regulatory Cc= mission, the New York Public Service Cc=nission and the New York Department Of Environmental Conservation shall file their testimony and proposed e tibits 79020300l}
. en all joint issues by February 9,
- 1979, identifying the specific issues and cententions to which each portion of such testimony and exhibits is pertinent.
2.
All other intervenors in this matter shall file their testimony and proposed exhibits by March 2, 1979, identifying the specific issues and contantions to which each portion of such testimony and exhibits is pertinent.
3.
Discovery requests upon testimony and proposed exhibits filed by the three Staffs shall be made by February 23, 1979, and all answers to such discovery requests shall be made by March 9, 1979.
4.
Any discovery requests on the testimony and proposed exhibits filed by any other inter-venors shall be made by March 12, 1979, and answers shall be filed by such intervenors by March 22, 1979.
5.
Any objections to discovery requests shall be made within 5 days of receipt of such discovery requests.
6.
A prehear!.ng conference will be held at the offices of -he Public Ser7 ice Cc=issicn, Agency Building 3, "he Governor Nelsen A.
Ecekefeller E=pire State Plaza, Albany, New Ycrk, on March 14, 1979, at 1:00 p.m.,
to establish the secuence in which evidence will '.e presenced by the parties and cross-exa=ination conducted thereon, and to consider the alternate sites issue as set forth in Presiding Exaru.ner Cchen's notice of Augusc 15, 1979.

Hearings will resume ac 10:00 a.m.,
