This letter is in response to Reference 2 above regarding your questions on the amendment application dated October 13, 1978 (Reference 1).
Reference 2 requested BSN to respond within 30 days of the date of the letter, making a response deadline of January 16, 1979.
As we discussed over the telephone January 8, 1979, we request that our response be delayed until the week of February 12, 1979 since D. W. Zeff, Manager of Safety, Licensing, and Safeguards, is hospitalized and will not be abic to respond to your questions within the specified period. The extension would allow Mr. Zeff adequate recovery time before dealing with your questions. Your consideration in this matter is appreciated.
