This refers to the telephone conversation between Mr. H. T. Schulze of your organization and Mr. A. B. Davis of this office on January 22, 1979, regarding arrangements for a meeting between members of our respective organizations. This meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.,
January 20, 1979, at the Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. offices in St. Paul, Funnesota.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the investigation findings related to our investigation of your licensed activities and to dis-cuss the circumstances surrounding a radiography indicent and over-exposure at a Wheatland, Wyoming job site on November 15, 1978.
