Dear Mr. McCorkle:

The General Electric Company, Vallecitos Nuclear Center, (GE-V"C),

submits as an enclosure to this letter a report of changes which have been made to the GE-VNC Thysical Security Plan (Reference 2).

This report of changes is submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR70.32(e).

In implementing the reported changes it was our determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan.

As the enclosures contain information concerning the safeguarding of SNM, GE-VNC requests that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(d).
