Proposed Region Restraint Device - SAR Gentlemen:
In previous discussion _ we informed members of the Staff that PSC had under advisement the use of devices that were intended to restrain the relative motion between adjacent refueling regions and would also limit the size of the gap between adjacent refueling regions.
Attached please find a " draft" copy of the Safety Analysis Report for the nroposed Restraint Devices.
This SAR is being submitted at this time for your initial review and comment. We would appreciate your conTnents and questions at the earliest possible date so they may be addressed in the final draft, which is presently scheduled to be available in early to mid-February.
If you have any questions concerning these devices or this SAR, please let me know.
