Gentlemen:

In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, we have attached the subject reports concerning the RCS tempera-ture dropping to 1070F within 52 minutes exceeding 1000F/hr. limit per Tech. Specs. (R0R No. 78-29), the reactor being manually tripped at 10F below the 5250F Tave as required by Tech. Specs. (ROR No. 78-30) and the inoperability of an Emergency Feedwater Train (R0R No. 78-32).
