This is in response t., your letter dated December 24, 1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that records be made available for your inspection concerning a Committee you described as a 'Special Events Coordinating Committee' which you stated was created on or about July 1977 to deal with security and potential terrorist activities during the 1984 Olympics in California.
