STIPULATION TO PROTECTIVE ORDER IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between applicant Pacific Gas and Electric Company, intervenors State of California Department of Water Resources, Northern Cal.2.rumia Power Agency, and Cities of Anaheim and Riverside, and the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, acting through their respective counsel, that an order may be entered concerning the matter in which the following documents are to be treated:
1.
A black looseleaf bound volume entitled "Stanislaus Screening Guide";
2.
A two volume black looseleaf bound volume entitled " Training Manual," parts "1"
and "II."

The above documents may be used in their conduct of
- this case by the athorneys of record in this case for the
-following parties:
Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission,
- = - Northern California Power Agency, California Department of Water. Resources, and Cities of Anahets and Riverside. - " Attorneys" as used here includes subordinates, consultants, and clerical.
personnel used by said attorneys in their conduct of this case.
The contents of the above documents, or any portion thereof, shall not be disclosed by said attorneys to their respective clients, except those employees of the client who are in fact assisting the attorneys in their conduct of this case, nor to any other person or individual whomsoever.
This order runs directly to all persons fully within the definition of " attorneys" given above, and each party receiving copies of these documents will be responsible for seeing to it that all persons within that definition to whom these documents are disclosed have notice of this order.
Sufficient copies of said documents may be made to provide each attorney with a copy.
Once these initial copies have been created, the original documents will be returned to Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E").
Further copies may be made where reasonably required for uses consistent with this order; however, notice shall be promptly given to PG&E of the creation of any such copies and the number of copies so created.
The procedures adopted here with respect to copy retention are 2.

Upon termination of this matter (docket No. P-564-A)_
all copies created under the terms of this order shall be returned to PG&E or destroyed, provided that if at that time
- ' Federal Energy Regulatory Commission docket numbers ER78-163 or EL78-3, or both, are not closed, DWR may retain its copies until such time as both those dockets have been closed and provided that if at that time Federal Energy Regulatory Com-mission Docket Nos. E-7777 (Phase II), E-7796 or Helms Creek, or all of them are not closed (together with appeals or remands from decision in those dockets) NCPA may retain its copies until such time as all these dockets have been closed and Anaheim and Riverside may retain their copies until such time as both the first two of those dockets have been closed.
