In accordance with your application dated July 22, 1977, as supplemented April 24 and November 30, 1978, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-368 is hereby amended to include your decommissioning plans and associated financial commitment. Accordingly, Condition 16 is added to your license, to read as follows:

Condition 16. At the end of plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the facility and site in accordance with the general decommission-ing plan submitted in the enclosures to the letter dated July 22, 1977, so that these facilities and grounds can be released to unrestricted use.

The financial plan, to assure that funds will be available for decommissioning, submitted by letter dated April 24,1978, and in the enclosure to the letter dated November 30, 1978, is hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
