Docket Nos. 50-338 OL and 50-339 OL Gentlemen:
I notified the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board on January 5, 1979 that the Staff had become aware of errors in the proposed revised technical specifications and omissions in the attached safety evaluttion for the North Anna Unit 1 Operating License regarding settlement, which were sent to the App.i.1 Board on December 22, 1978.
Since then, each of the other parties has also been informed of the errors.
The Staff has corrected the technical specifications and has revised portions of the attached safety evaluation to more clearly explain the changes proposed by the Staff.
The corrections to the proposed technical specifications are confined to Table 3.7-5, and are indicated on the attached Table 3.7-5 by a verticcl line drawn to the left of the two items that are changed. The item that was originally on the bottom line of Table 3.7-5 that was sent to the e jeal Board on December 22, 1978 has been elimi-nated, since it is now encompassed by the next to the last item on that table.
