ORDER GRANTING SUFFOLK COUNTY'S MOTION OF DECEMBER 28, 1978, FOR EXTENSION OF TIME On December 28, 1978, Intervenor Suffolk County filed a
" Motion for Time Extension to Reply to Applicant's Request for Sumary Disposition of Suffolk County Contentions 4a(vii),
(x); 7a(ii) - (iii), (vi) - (vii); 12a(viii); and 14a."
Reasons for the County's request include the coincidence of Applicant's request with the holiday period when much of County's staff was on vacation, the length and technical nature of Applicant's pleadings, and the fact that the County has not yet consumated its contract with its new technical consultant.
The other parties have not responded to the motion.
