This is to confirm our telephone conversation of this date.
We agreed to en extension of time until January 12, 1979 for the NRC Staff to respond to both the interrogatories propounded by the Carolina Environmental Study Group (CESG) on November 15, 1978, and the request to produce served by CESG on November 16, 1978. As discussed in our letter to you of November 30, 1978, the Staff had indicat'ed that it would respond to these discovery requests by December 29, 1978.
