FURTHER INTERROGATORIES 89 State whether spent nuclear fuel is assigned a negative or positive value in dollars with respect to personal property taxes by applicant.
State the value per cask load assigned to spent nuclear fuel, in positive or nega-tive value.
State the tax rate on personal property at the Oconee Station in South Carolina, and similarly, at the McGuire Station. in Mecklenburg County.
State whether spent nuclear fuel is considered personal property.
Fully ex-pIlcate whether there is a tax saving to be had for appilcant by moving a pro-duct with a negative, or less than zero value or salvage value, from one place to the other.
