" PROPOSED LICENSE TO EXPORT LOW-ENRICHED URANIUM TO WEST GERMANY (LICENSE APPLICATI0ft XSNM-1281) (COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Transnuclear, Inc.
The Commission (with all Comissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to export to the Federal Republic of Germany 107,386 kilograms of uranium, as uranium hexafluoride, enriched to 3.25% U-235.
In connection with his concurrence, Commissioner Bradford has requested that he be informed when the facility attachment is available.
The Office of International Programs was inforaed of this action by telephone on December 22, 1978.
It is requested that your provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Transnuclear by c.o.b. December 28, 1978.
