Tne enclosed report provides calculations in accordance with the criteria of Regulatory Guide 1.121 and is submitted to resolve SER Confirmatory Issue 2 for Callaway Unit No.1 and Confirmatory Issue B.2 for Wolf Creek Generating Station Unit No.1.
The report describes the analysis and testing performed to determine steam generator tube plugging margin. The enclosed report will be used to modify the FSAR Appendix 3A discussion of negulatory Guide 1.121 in a future revision to the FSAR and to provide in-put to the plant Technical Specification requirements for steam generator surveillance.

owners of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b) (4) of Section 2.790 of the Comission's regulations.
