My name is Ashley Murphy. I am a resident of Newburyport, 8.4 miles from the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant. I am requesting that the NRC require the owners of the Seabrook Power Plant to reverse the plants license until a plan is in place, vetted by experts, to address the ASR issue that is compromising the concrete surrounding the reactor.
