Receipt of revisions to Chapters 4 and 11 Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2019 3:42:00 PM We have received your letter dated September 12, 2019, transmitting revisions to Chapter 4, Radiation Safety, and Chapter 11, Management Measures, of your license application. This document has been assigned Accession no. ML19260E145 in the Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed a preliminary review of the information provided and identified no major deficiencies. In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009, Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and ReBaselining of Agency Activities (ADAMS No. ML16104A158), the NRC licensing staff will no longer perform detailed reviews of such documents. Therefore, no cost activity code has been assigned to this action. Nevertheless, please note that a detailed review may be performed by the NRC inspection staff in the future.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this message will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from ADAMS.
