Tuesday, September 24, 2019 3:42:00 PM We have received your letter dated September 12, 2019, transmitting revisions to Chapter 4, Radiation Safety, and Chapter 11, Management Measures, of your license application. This document has been assigned Accession no. ML19260E145 in the Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed a preliminary review of the information provided and identified no major deficiencies. In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009, Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and ReBaselining of Agency Activities (ADAMS No. ML16104A158), the NRC licensing staff will no longer perform detailed reviews of such documents. Therefore, no cost activity code has been assigned to this action. Nevertheless, please note that a detailed review may be performed by the NRC inspection staff in the future.
