Dear Ms. Fischer:
In an e-mail dated September 18, 2019, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested the withdrawal of Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp., pending export license application XCOM1316. In response to the e-mail, the NRC is returning the application to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp., without action.
License application XCOM1316 requested a specific license to export various materials, components and sub-assemblies for use in the manufacture of reactor coolant pumps for ultimate use in the CAP1000 testing facility at the Harbin site in China.
