Dear Ms. Fischer:
In an e-mail dated September 18, 2019, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested the withdrawal of Curtiss-Wright Corporation, pending export license application XCOM1317. In response to the e-mail, the NRC is returning the application to Curtiss-Wright Corporation, without action.
License application XCOM1317 requested a specific license to export nuclear components and associated equipment listed in Paragraphs 5 through 11 of Appendix A to 10 CFR Part 110, Illustrative list of nuclear reactor equipment under NRC export licensing authority, for installation into pressurized water reactors at the Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, Units 3 and 4.
