Subject:
NFS Physical Protection Plan, Revision 022 Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS), hereby submits a revised technical basis to NFS Physical Protection Plan, Revision 022 (24X-19-0016). On August 7, 2019, the NRG requested additional information to supplement the License Amendment for Revision 022 to NFS Physical Protection Plan (U), dated July 22, 2019. NFS requests the NRG to perform review and approval of the revised submittal.
These changes are being transmitted as 10 CFR 70.34 changes. These changes do not lessen the effectiveness of the security program.
Documents transmitted contain Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information. When separated from enclosures, this transmittal document is Unclassified.
