Part B Items (Onsite) - NRC Information Request (September 23, 2019) - IP 71111.08-DC Cook U2 - Documents Selected for Onsite Review.
Please provide a hard copy of the documents below to the DC Cook Resident Inspectors Office on or before the entrance meeting scheduled October 15, 2019. This list of documents compliments/supplements the existing list of information requested for the onsite review as identified in NRC request for information letter dated July 11, 2019 and includes requests for information that were not available or not provided from Section A of the request letter.

Item A.2-NDE Procedures and supporting information EPRI Procedure Demonstration Qualification Sheet (PDQS) for vendor procedure WDI-STD-1000 - Remote In-Service Inspection of Reactor Vessel Shell Welds, and provide a copy of the procedure revision used for qualification as identified in the PDQS, and provide a copy of each procedure revision since initial qualification under PDQS, with explanation/justification of procedure changes and any supporting EPRI correspondence related to qualification of this procedure.
