31310018C0035 P00001 The purpose of this contract modification is to: 1) exercise option year one in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-9, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT, thereby extending the period of performance through September 27, 2020 and increasing the contract ceiling by from to ; and 2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $800.00 to partially fund the Firm Fixed Price portion of option year 1, thereby increasing the funding $240,000.00 to $240,800.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1) Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION FIRM-FIXED-PRICE is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
The total amount of the Firm-Fixed-Price portion of this contract is and of this amount is funded which fully funds the base year and partially funds Option Year 1 of the contract.
- 2) Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - TIME-AND-MATERIALS CONTRACT (AUG 2011) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
(a) The ceiling price to the Government for full performance under this contract is

(b) The contract includes: Firm-Fixed Price line items totaling and (2) direct labor hours at specified fixed hourly rates, inclusive of wages, fringe, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit, totaling (c) Total estimated cost for the Base Period (Exercised) and Option Year 1(Exercised) is (d) The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is

This contract shall commence on September 28, 2018 and will expire on September 27, 2020. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional one (1) 1-year option period, with an ultimate completion date of September 27, 2021 for a total of three (3) years.
The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional six (6) months.
