FEDERAL FIELD EXERCISE (FFE)
As discussed in Mr. Jordan's December 18, 1983 memorandum, the NRC will be participating with other Federal cgencies, the State of Florida, local government, and Florida Power and Light Company in a drill on January 25, 1984, in preparation for the Federal Field Exercise (FFE) on March 6-8, 1984.
In preparation for the Federal Field Exercise, training and drills have been scheduled for respoir 1 per.t.onnel.
The Executive Team (ET) schedule is as follows:
1/23 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
ET Room Briefing on Procedures and Role 1/25 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
ET Room Pre-FFE Drill
- 2/27 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
ET Room Pre-FFE Briefing 3/6 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
ET Room First day of FFE*
3/7-8 Second and Third days of FFE**
The Executive Team members should block out the scheduled time, although your full participation during the entire time is not ant:cipated.
Minimal participation expected:
lE will provide managers to be un call during FFE hours to consult with the Regional Site Team (particularly the Director of Site Operations) and to oversee headquarters technical team support to the Site Team.
