The Rock Island District has completed the review of the draft EIS for the operation of Byron Station, Units 1 and 2.
Please add 33 U.S.C. 1344 to both entries for permits required from the US Army Corps of Engineers (Table B.1, page B-2). This is the statute authority for the Department of Army Section 404 Permits which were issued, in conjunction with the permits listed, cs the stated dates.
