The cask cavity may contain coolant.
Sufficient coolant shall be drained from the cask to assure an ambiant tenper-ature of 130*F vill not result in a release of coolant from the package due to thernal expansion. When needed, sufficient anti-freeze shall be used in the cask cavity to prevent dr. age to the package and contents by freezing.
