e MAY - 51930 APPENDIX A NiiTICE OF VIOLATION TII Industries, Inc.
License No. 52-25968-01 Toa Alta Facility Based on the NRC inspection April 17-18, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Condition 13 of your license, the licensee shall possess and use licensed material described in Items 6, 7, and 8 of this license in accordance with statements, representations, and procedures contained in application dated February 27, 1979.
Section 11.b of the application requires that air monitoring units be calibrated on a monthly basis.
Contrary to the above, the Overhoff air monitce used by the licensee to monitor stack effluents has not been calibrated by the licensee since it was installed prior to August 1978.
This is an infraction.
