CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION'S RESPONSE TO LICENSEE'S FIRSTi. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS REQUEST: 1.
All documents requested by the "NRC Staff Request to Produce Directed to California Energy Commission (CEC)," dated November 9, 1979.
Licensee requests productioh of these documents on the same terms and schedule as the NRC Staff.

All documents and studies relied upon by California Energy Commission in support of its responses to answers to Interrogatories 3 through 18 of " Licensee's First Set of Interrogatories to Intervenor California Energy Commission" which is being served simultaneously herewith.
Licensee requests production of these documents at a mutually convenient time and place, within 30 days of service of this request.
RESPONSE
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 2.741(d), the California Energy Commission (" CEC") hereby responds to this request by s
stating that documents in its possession, custody, or control which are requested in " License,e's First Request for
. Production of Documents Directed to California Energy Commission," will be made available to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District for inspection and copying in the following manner.

y available at the offices of the California Energy Commission, 1111 Howe Avenue, Sacramento, California.
The documents will be made available during CEC business hours (or such other mutually agreed upon time) at the Office of the Secretariat or such other location at the CEC offices as is designated by the CEC.
Appointments to inspect the documents may be arranged by telephoning Clifford M. Webb or Rod Gottschalk, at 920-6893 or 920-6290, respectively.
Appointments should be made at least 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> before the requested inspection.
The requested documents will remain assembled in this manner and available for inspection by the Licensee for a reasonable time (i.e.,
until January 17, 1980), after which they will be returned to their place of origin.
Inspected documents which the Licensee wishes to have copied will be reproduced by the CEC on a schedule compatible with other demands for CEC duplicating equipment.
A CEC employee will be available during the inspection in order to receive any requests for copying.
Copies of such selected documents will then be furnished to Licensee upon payment of ten cents per page, the cost of reproduction.
