CONSENT BY SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT TO MOTION OF THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION TO TERMINATE ACTION ON REFERRAL By motion dated January 14, 1980, the California Energy Commission requested the Appeal Board to terminate the referral proceeding related to the rejection by the Licensing Board of the proposed issue on emergency planning.
The Licensee, Sacra-mento Municipal Utility District, has no objection to the grant of the motion of the California Energy Commission.
