of the Interrogatories and Document Requests, and the length of the Response, consisting of eighty-five pages and several attachments, counsel for Houston requires additional time to determine to what extent a motion to compel additional responses may be appropriate. Moreover, the additional time requested herein can be utilized to narrow the scope of any such motion through discussion with counsel for Brownsville.

WHEREFORE, Houston requests that it be granted until May 29, 1979, in which to file a motion to compel further production with respect to Brownsville's Response.

Counsel for Brownsville has no objection to this motion.
