SUMMARY
OF APRIL 25, 1979 MEETING ON CONTROL OF EXCLUSION AREA FOR COMANCHE PEAK Sumary A meeting was held with representatives of the Texas Utilities Generating Company 25, 1979 in Bethesda, Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to dis-on April cuss the status of and applicant's plans for control of the exclusion area for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2.
The applicant agreed to document these matters in a forthcoming amendment to the FSAR. An attendance list is enclosed.
Meeting Setails The applicant reviewed the present status of ownership for the land within the exclusion area.
The applicant presently owns the land, including the mineral rights, on which the station plant and switchyard are located.
At this time the property purchase of the Craven land, shown cross-hatched on FSAR Figure 2.1-2a remains outstanding. The applicant intends to purchase this land prior to fuel loading. The applicant presently owns the surface rights to the Kinnard parcel of land located within the exclusion area, but not the mineral rights. The applicant asserts that it will be able to exclude all but persons Since the applicant believes that there are no exploring for mineral rights.
