As indicated in the attached int;rrogatories directed to the Regulatory Staff, the information in question is uniquelv in the possession of the NRC Staff, relating specifi-cally either to discussions conducted by the Staff or to orders issued by the Staff.
The subject matter of these interrogatories is directly related to NRDC contentions admitted in this pro-ceeding and will help substantially to illuminate the questions relating to the vulnerability of spent fuel in transit to sabotage and the potential defects that may exist in spent fuel storage casks which either make transshipment not reasonably
, available within the timeframe needed or make spent fuel shipped in such casks more vulnerable to sabotage.
