fl0TICE OF ISSUAflCE OF AMEf1DMEf1T TO FACILITY OPERATIf6 LICEliSES The United States fluclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has, pursuant to the Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board (ALAB-532) dated March 23, 1979, issued Amendments I;os. 52 and 52 to Facility Operating Licenses flos. DPR-44 and DPR-56 issued to Philadelphia Electric Company, Public Service Electric and Gas Company, Delmarva Power and Light Company and Atlantic City Electric Company, for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units flos. 2 and 3, located in York County, Pennsylvania.
The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendments substitute, for current operating license conditions pertaining to thermal dir7 arge, two new conditions that (1) state that the h
revised NPDES permit governs thermal discharge matters to the extent it deals with them, and (2) establish a reporting, analysis and filing procedure for the licensees to follow in the event of modification of effluent limitations or of the NPDES permit.
