UPCOMIrlG MEETING WITH NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES (NFS)

Willste Building, 7915 Eastern Avenue Silver Spring, MD Purpose To discuss the progress of IIFS efforts to process the available technical information that is needed to provide a basis for future decontamination and decommissioning of the West Valley facility.
Present efforts are dealing with Solvent Extraction and Waste Separation Areas. At the same time, other work is being expended to extract useful information from operational logs and records generated during previous decontamination efforts.
In addition, the participants will discuss the present status of efforts to investigate the 8D2 pan defect.
