This refers to your application dated February 23, 1979, concerning an amendment to the Model No. MH-1A shipping package.
We have reviewed the proposed change to the fuel basket desi*gn for the shipment of TRIGA fuel assemblies and have concluded it is within the pro.ision of Item 5.(b)(2)(ii) of Certificate of Compliance No. 6639, Revision No. 4.
Accordingly, a specific amendment to the Certificate is not required.
