License No. 11-15946-01 Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on March 26-27, 1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations as indicated below:
10 CFR 34.25(b) requires that sealed sources shall be tested for leakage at intervals not to exceed six months.
Contrary to this requirement, the two sealed sources used for radiography at Sarpy Creek Coal Strip Mine near Hardin, Montana, were not tested for leakage during the period April 4,1978, to November 6,1978.
This is an infraction.

License Condition 9 authorizes use of Troxler gauges identified only by model numbers 2401, 2451, 2226, 3401, or 3411.
Contrary to this authorization Troxler Model 2530 was used in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma during the period April,1978 to February, 1979.
This is an infraction.
