Thank you for your letter of April 4,1979, in response to our letter dated February 27, 1979, with an enclosure. Our subsequent review of your QA Manual, Revision 1, dated 1/10/79, has demonstrated that revisions have been incorporated which defines the responsibili-ties of your NDE subcontractor and the responsibilities and level of authority for controlling the activities performed by him, as stated in your corrective action response dated December 27, 1977.
Therefore, Item A of the Notice of Deviation was in error and no further action is necessary.
We have no further questions concerning items B, C, and D.
We will review your corrective action during our next inspection.
