In res'ponse to your April 9,1979, memorandum soliciting comments on the Issue Summaries to be presented to the President, the NRC has no conment on the proposed projects as none of them are directly germane to the nuclear regulatory program.
- Also, the NRC will not be propccing projects at this time that we believe the Council should investigate.
