ORDER In an undated submission captioned Two Motions Concerning the April 12 Order, Mr. Potthoff requested (1) that the Board count April 25 rather than April 12, 1979 as the starting date for the thirty days alloted by our April lith Order, and (2) that he be granted an additional fifteen day extension time in which to file the submission permitted by our Order of April 11, 1979.

The Applicant and the Staff,in Responses respectively filed on May 14, and May 18, 1979, opposed the granting of Mr. Potthoff's Motions in that the first request had been mooted by our May 1 Order and in that the second request was not supported by a showing of good cause.

Mr. Potthoff's first request indeed has been mooted by our Order of May 1, 1979 and is thus denied.

His second request is denied in part.

Mr. Potthoff states he is not an exoert and has to work for a living, and thus needs the additional fifteen days in which to file his submission.

Mr. Pctthoff has not shcwn gccc cause in succort Of his second recuest.
