E-22 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-22, between The University of Maryland and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated October 23,1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
