M IN N E SOTA 55401 June 8, 1979 Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation U S Nuclaar Regulatory Commission Uashington, DC 20555 MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Security Plan Implementation Pursuant to discussions with Reactor Safeguards Licensing Branch and 1&E Region III repiesentatives, we have prepared supplemental information on the status of Security Plan implementation for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. Attached are five copies of Enclosure A, which provides the supplemental information.
We conclude that the ef fectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan would be adversely affected by public disclosure of the attached information, and that disclosure is not required in the public interest.
We request that pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10CFR Part 2, this Security Plan information not be made available for inspection, and not be placed in the Public Document Room.
