Storage Aboard U.S.-Owned Vessel," attached to a letter from Michael Guhin to Dixon Hoyle dated August 22, 1977, was withheld by NRC in our letter to you, dated March 5,1979.
That letter responded to your request of December 19, 1978, to this agency (F0IA-78-346), and this document, #37 in Appendix B, was withheld by NRC under Exemption (1) of the Freedom of Information Act.
