The undersigned certify that the quantity of 15.038 kgs of urani-um (93.3 per cent U-235 enriched) in the form of UF6 and contai-l ning 14.030 kgs of U-235, which will be furnished to us under a Fixed Commitment Contract with US DOE will be used by us as fol-lows:

NUiGM GmbH, D-645 Hanau, Federal Republic of Germany shall per-form conversion of the UF6 into uranium metal. After conversion, i

Elsinore Shipyard shall manufacture fuel elements at their work-shop at Riso. The fuel elements will be used for insertien into l

the reactor DR 3 at Riso.

1 We authorize Transnuclear Inc., Falls Church, Virginia to apply for the US export license.
