Dear Mr. Plitch:
This is in response to your letter dated March 23, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all documents pertaining to the shutdown of five nuclear power plants, and the LER report submitted by Beaver Valley.
In partial response to your request, the documents, listed on the enclosed appendix, were sent to the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555 in response to an earlier request (F01A-79-76).
A copy of these documents, which comprises approximately 9i pages, can be ordered frcm the PDR at a cost of $0.08 per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Billing will be by Potomac Research, Inc., the PDR's reproduction contractor.
The NRC has not yet completed its review of the remaining documents subject to your request.
We will respond as soon as the review is completed.
