Identify an individual responsible (by title) to assure that all radioactive material shipping packages manufactured after approval of this program are designed and fabricated under a QA program approval by the NRC.

In part 6, provide a statement that auditors shall have no responsibility in the activities they audit.
Note that the activities of the RP0 should also be audited annually by an
" independent" auditor.
