This will confirm the telephone conversations of March 21 and 22,1979 between Mr. W. Goodwin and the flRC's R. L. Jackson regarding the February 23, 1979 submittal pertaining to your current LEMUF model and areas of concern relating to your February 15, 1979 Material Measurement Control Plan (10 CFR 70.57).
At agreed, e have set aside April 16 through the 18,1979 for a meeting wir h Westinghouse-Columbia personnel at flRC Headquarters.
The meeting topics will be as outlined in our letter to you of March 13, 1979.
This letter is to serve also as a confirmation of our pre-meeting stipula-tion and your agreement that on or before April 9,1979 the following will have been received by this office for our review:
A.
All pertinent data-calculations regarding your current LEMUF model.
Any necessary changes will have to be reflected in your next LEMUF calculations.
B.
The final revised changes to your February 15, 1979 10 CFR 70.57 Plan. These revisions would be as discussed and agreed on per the conference telephone conversation of March 16, 1979 with our C. W. Emeigh and R. L. Jackson with various members of your staff.
If at the conclusion of the discussions regarding your Material Measurement Control Plan, it becomes necessary to add license conditions to your Safeguards Amendment SG-4 to Special fiuclear Materials License tio.
